Where do orders ship from?
From our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 11–17 business days: 3–5 business days to process, then 8–12 business days in transit. Orders placed by 6:00 PM MT, Monday through Friday, start processing that day.
How much is shipping?
$7.95 per order. Shipping is free when your order reaches $60 after discounts.
Where do you deliver?
The 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. P.O. Boxes are fine; those orders go by USPS.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Import duties are included in our prices. If sales tax applies to your order, you will see it at checkout before you pay.
What sizes do you carry?
US women's sizes. Each product page shows which sizes that style comes in, and not every style or color comes in every size. If you are unsure which size to choose, email us before you order.
Can I return or exchange my shoes?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, not worn outdoors, and in the original shoe box with all accessories. Email us first and we will send a free return label. Exchanges for another size or color depend on availability. Details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
When will I get my refund?
We issue it within 5–7 business days after our returns center receives your return. Your bank may take another 3–10 business days to show it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours after you place it. Email us with your order number.
