These Terms apply to purchases from auraglowz.com, operated by PETAL COMMERCE LLC ("AuraGlowz", "we", "us").

1. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Import duties are included in our prices. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

3. Shipping and delivery. Delivery areas, times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

4. Returns, exchanges and cancellations. See our Refund Policy. You can cancel within 24 hours after placing an order.

5. Product information. We describe each style, its colors and its US women's sizes as accurately as we can. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the actual product.

6. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
