Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. Most orders arrive within 11–17 business days after they are placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 6:00 PM MT (Mountain Time) on a business day start processing that day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT or on a weekend start processing the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Shipping cost
- Standard shipping is a flat $7.95 per order.
- Shipping is free when your order total reaches $60. The $60 is counted after discounts are applied.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
P.O. Boxes are accepted. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box are delivered by USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We ship with USPS and FedEx.
Import duties and sales tax
Import duties are already included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay when your package arrives. If sales tax applies to your order, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Canceling an order
You can cancel an order within 24 hours after it is placed. Email support@auraglowz.com with your order number.
